Like many of you, the team at Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex has spent the last several days learning more about the Coronavirus(COVID-19) and how it is impacting our day-to-day life. Our number one objective is to maintain a healthy and safe environment for both our customers and employees.

In order to better serve our employees and customers, we have implemented the following protocols:

  •          Work Stations: All employee work stations are being deep cleaned throughout the workday. All customer seating areas, as well as sales and service work stations, will be deep cleaned with appropriate cleaning agents in between interactions
  •         General Sanitation: We have re-purposed multiple employees to deep clean customer and dealership vehicles and common use areas
  •         Home Delivery Options: For sales customers concerned with visitation to the dealership, we are offering accelerated home delivery options. In many cases we can complete the sales process online and/or over the phone and deliver the vehicle to your home. Call (716)286-9063 for more detail.
  •      Service Vehicle Pick-up: For service customers who are unable to visit the dealership, we are offering a full pick-up/drop-off service. Your vehicle will be returned deep cleaned to the best of our abilities. Please call (716)286-9063 for more details
  •         No Contact Policy: While it is difficult in a sales and service environment to remove "the handshake" from daily life, health considerations have led us to implement a "contact free" environment for the time being
  •         Vehicle Sanitation: All customer vehicles will undergo a deep cleaning process prior to servicing or vehicle appraisal, as well as before being returned to the customer

We appreciate your patience and understanding with the changes we have made, and we hope that you appreciate that the health of our customers and employees is something that we take seriously. As the best available information continues to develop, we will attempt to evolve our policies and procedures in order to best serve you.
